Brief Description: Lottery Program for the IPO of Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited was held on May 15, 2012 at the Seminar Hall of the Institution of Engineers (IEB), Ramna, Dhaka for allotment of shares to the successful applicants. Mr. Mohd. Noor Ali- Managing Director of Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited, Mr. Khaled Yusuf Farazi, Managing Director & CEO of BRAC EPL investments Limited, Representatives from Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange, BUET, ICB, Unique Hotel, BRAC EPL Investments and SATCOM IT were present in the Program. The Lottery was conducted by BUET.
