BRAC EPL INVESTMENTS LIMITED (BEIL) signed MOU with DEFTA PARTNERS (DP)

BRAC EPL Investments Ltd. (“BEIL”) has signed an MOU with DEFTA PARTNERS (“DP”), a Silicon Valley based venture capital firm with operations in Japan, to set up a joint venture in Bangladesh. Combined with BEIL’s expertise in Bangladeshi financial market, DP will bring emerging new technology investment experiences in Silicon Valley and its strong relationship with Japanese corporations to the rapidly growing market in Bangladesh.

Mr. George Hara, Chairman of DEFTA PARTNERS and Mr. Khaled Yusuf Farazi, Chief Executive Officer, BRAC EPL Investments Limited signed the MOU on behalf of the respective companies where senior officials of both the organizations were also present at the occasion.
