Closure of Rights Issue Transaction of Lafarge Surma Cement limited
Lafarge Surma Cement Limited raised BDT 5.81 billion through issuance of rights shares for repayment of debt. BRAC EPL Investments Limited acted as the Issue Manager to the rights offering. The largest rights issue in the Bangladesh capital market was successfully closed in February, 2012.
