Tree Plantation Ceremony

On 17th June 2012, BRAC EPL Investments Limited embarked on a tree plantation campaign, as part of a pledge fulfillment to replant twice the number of trees, which may have been felled because of the paper usage in BEIL in a year plus an estimation of what will be used in the next 5 years.

Along with BRAC Horticulture Enterprise, BEIL gave back to the environment what we have used plus more, planting Raintree (Albizia saman ); and Akashmoni (Acacia auriculiformis) in Manikgonj Nursery Campus of BRAC Horticulture.

Present on the occasion were Mr. Javed Bin Karim - Head of Marketing, Sustainability & Corporate Affairs, BEIL, Ms. Nazra Mahjabeen Sabet- Programme Head, BRAC Kanon, HUM Mehedi Sajjad-AGM, BRAC Enterprises, Md. Delowar Hossain-Sr. Manager, BRAC Horticulture and Moinul Islam-GM Business Development BRAC Horticulture were present upon the occasion.
